6311arts is seeking skilled teaching artists to develop and lead hands-on workshops at 6311 N. Clark St. in Chicago.
Instructors provide the curriculum, instruction, and supply lists while the organization handles space, registration, marketing, and student enrollment. Workshops vary from single-day sessions to multi-week series across disciplines such as printmaking, painting, drawing, and sculpture, welcoming artists at all levels and emphasizing technique and craft.

We’re looking for teaching artists as we build out our calendar of workshops —
Some are One- or Two-day
Some will be a series — Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced — focused on technique.
Instructor pay is $30/hour.
We are currently looking for the following — and any other techniques you’d like to propose.

Working artists who teach, at every stage and every path. Classroom experience is welcome; command of your technique is the requirement.
