Job summary

KinderCare is hiring a Teacher to deliver our curriculum while adapting to each child's needs in a safe, supportive classroom. You will create a nurturing space and work closely with families to ensure high-quality care and education.

You will collaborate with center staff to meet enrollment, accreditation, and engagement goals, and build positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and community partners.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and ability to multitask in a busy environment.
• Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift up to 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Read, write, and speak English to communicate with children and families.

• Able to assume postures in low levels to allow physical and visual contact with children, see and hear well enough to keep children safe, and engage in physical activity with children
