Job summary

KinderCare in Middletown, OH is seeking a dedicated Teacher to implement our curriculum and create a safe, nurturing classroom where children can learn through play.

You will partner with families, collaborate with center staff, and contribute to enrollment, accreditation, and engagement efforts while ensuring each child’s well-being and growth.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and organizational skills.
• Meet state-specific qualifications or willingness to obtain.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Able to engage with children and maintain safety in all activities.
• Read, write, understand and speak English to communicate with children and parents.

• Able to assume postures in low levels to allow physical and visual contact with children, see and hear well enough to keep children safe, and engage in physical activity with children
