Job summary

KinderCare is seeking a Teacher in Buford, GA to implement our curriculum while creating a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn. You will partner with parents to ensure the best care and education for their children.

In this role you will support the center’s success by working with staff and leadership to achieve enrollment, accreditation, and engagement goals, and you will cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, authorities, and community partners.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task and handle multiple situations effectively.
• Meet state specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Able to assume low postures to engage with children and keep them safe.
• Read, write, understand and speak English to communicate with children and parents.
