COMPENSATION AND Contract Signing Incentive
* $16 - $18 / hour based on contractors experience, availability and skill set.
* $100 contract signing incentive after completion of 100 working hours!
CLIENT'S SUMMARY OF THIS OPPORTUNITY
* Assist students as they board and exit school bus.
* Escort students to and from the cafeteria for breakfast and lunch, and supervise them during meal times
* Transport wheelchair bound students to and from the nurse for nursing procedures
* Lift students with the assistance of a colleague: position students in various adaptive chairs, mats, and wedges
CLIENT'S REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION
* A passion for supporting students with special needs and atypical development may exhibit. Behaviors may include hitting, kicking, yelling, and screaming
* Minimum of a High School Diploma or its equivalent
* Valid CPR /First Aid
* AZ Fingerprint clearance card or the ability to obtain one
* Minimum of 6 months' of classroom experience or similar professional setting
* Ability to maintain and exhibit patience and understanding at all times
* Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with students, peers, parents and staff members.
