Job summary

TEAM is seeking Teacher’s Aides to support classrooms, ensuring safety, wellbeing and joy for children, alongside a dedicated team of coordinators, health staff, and family service workers.

You’ll help deliver curriculum and daily routines, use positive guidance, build connections with families, keep the classroom welcoming, and assist with family engagement and documentation. A warm, nurturing presence and experience with young children are valued; Spanish-English bilingual a plus.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 6+ months working with young children in a center-based setting is preferred.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Actively supervise and engage with children to ensure safety and joy.
  • Support curriculum delivery and daily routines under supervision.
  • Maintain a clean, organized classroom and assist with family engagement.
