Location: HS Program in the East Islip High School

Job Description: The Transition Specialist will work with Cleary’s students to prepare for success in internship experiences and life after high school, including employment, postsecondary education, and independent living. Lessons will include work skills, resume writing, interview skills, and overall facilitation of transition beyond High School.
