Job summary

Oakland Unified School District is hiring a temporary Special Education teacher for Esperanza Elementary in Oakland, CA. The role supports Mild/Moderate students with a focus on equity and student achievement, starting immediately for the 2026-27 school year.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree, eligibility to work in the US, and a California teaching credential or willingness to earn one. A background check and references are required.
