School Summary
At Olathe Elementary School, we're more than just a place to work-we're a family. Our school sits in the heart of the small farming community of Olathe, Colorado, and we're proud to be part of a community that truly rallies around its school. Many of our staff members have been here for their entire careers-some even attended OES themselves! That kind of loyalty and connection says a lot about what makes this place so special.
Our vision is to engage minds, illuminate hearts, and empower students to reach their full potential and make a meaningful difference in the world. But it's more than just words-we're something we live out every single day. We're a fun, collaborative staff who work hard, support each other, and believe in putting relationships first.
We're serious about student growth and focused on data-driven instruction, but we always lead with care and connection. Our kids are kind, respectful, and eager to learn, and we have very few behavior issues. It's truly a joy to teach here. Our families are involved and supportive, and volunteers are always around to lend a hand.
Students at OES go on to the middle and high school just across the road, so we get to watch them grow over the years-and they always remember their time with us.
If you're passionate about education, love working as part of a team, and want to be part of something meaningful in a community that values kids and teachers alike, we'd love to welcome you to OES.
