Base Salary:

Minimum entry: $58,000.00 prorated based on FTE and start date

Potential compensation in addition to base salary: up to $5,400 in stipends prorated based on FTE and start date

Calendar:

Certified, teachers new to district 203workdays, returning teachers 201 workdays

Benefits:

Performance Pay:

New Hire Experience:

Job Goal:

The Classroom Teacher guides students toward achieving their full potential by transforming district curriculum standards into engaging and meaningful learning experiences. Minimum Qualifications:

  • Appropriately Certified for teaching position according to the Arizona Department of Education Certification Guidelines: https://www.azed.gov/educator-certification/resources/educator-appropriately-certification-guidelines
  • Possession of a valid AZ Department of Public Safety issued IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card: https://www.azdps.gov/services/public-services-center/fingerprint-clearance-card
