The Special Education Teacher will facilitate student success across academics, independence, social situations, and behavior through evidence-based curriculum and individualized planning. Responsibilities include case management, documenting student progress, data collection and analysis, addressing student needs, ensuring a safe learning environment, and facilitating the IEP process.
