Loudoun County Public Schools in Sterling, VA, seeks a School-Based Resource Teacher to provide targeted support in reading and other subject areas, assist teachers with effective instruction, and help plan interventions.
You will assess student needs, coordinate assessments, monitor progress, lead professional development, model strategies, and maintain knowledge of Virginia standards while collaborating with staff and administrators.
The School-Based Resource Teacher provides expert attention to the needs of students in specific subject areas and supports teachers in the implementation of effective instruction.

Bachelor's Degree
Three (3) years of successful teaching experience
Holds or is eligible for a Virginia Postgraduate Professional License
