Instructional Aides/Teacher's Assistants are assigned to students who regularly need assistance to maintain appropriate and equitable participation in school. Aides assist students 1:1 or in group settings.

Summary of Client's Description of This Opportunity

1. Provide support and assistance to teachers by helping students with challenges outlined in their IEP assessment: ages 3-21 years old.
2. Work one-on-one with students to ensure a safe, nurturing, and academically stimulating environment.
3. Provide students with goal-oriented support that fosters independence and the ability to display socially acceptable behaviors in the school environment.
4. Minimum of a High School Diploma or its equivalency.
