Job summary

Learning Care Group is hiring teachers for our child care centers. Join a dedicated team focused on nurturing children, families, and fellow staff while upholding licensing standards and the company curriculum.

As a Teacher, you will engage with children, observe their development, and collaborate with families. Training and credential support are provided to help you grow and thrive in a positive, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a licensed childcare center or related field.
• Ability to meet state education requirements and center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Follow licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure daily care of every child in your classroom.
• Develop your ability to observe, assess, and plan for children, and communicate effectively with families.
• Complete training on childcare, preschool and development topics.
• Implement proprietary curriculum and create fun, interactive learning experiences for the children.
