Responsive Education Solutions is seeking educators to support Premier High School and Texas Works, delivering personalized instruction with technology and strong teacher-student relationships.

You will adapt instruction for adult learners in Texas, manage classrooms with clear routines, and collaborate with colleagues to support student achievement and timely graduation.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Master the Premier High School Curriculum System for adult learners in Texas Works.
• Set clear expectations, routines, and promote self-discipline with empathy.
• Inspire, praise, and provide constructive feedback to students.
• Learn and implement teaching curriculum programs as required.
• Evaluate student progress and communicate with students, parents, and staff.
• Collaborate with colleagues at local and district levels for student benefit.
• Administer tests, monitor performance, and provide interventions.
• Tutor students individually or in groups as needed.
• Perform assigned duties and special projects with professionalism.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and adhere to handbooks.

Simultaneously, Texas Works empowers adults to earn their high school diploma through personalized support and flexible learning options. In this dual role, teachers deliver personalized instruction, utilize technology, and foster strong relationships with both Premier High School and Texas Works students to support their academic success and the attainment of their educational goals.

• Tutor students individually or in groups.

• Practice professionalism through ongoing development and reflection.
• Adhere to all relevant handbooks and procedures.

Educator Qualifications: Must meet ONE of the following

• Texas State Teacher's Certification in the subject to be taught.
• Bachelor's degree with a passing score on an ExCET/TEXES Exam in the grade level or content area to be taught.
• Bachelor's degree with an academic minor or major (minimum of 18 credit hours) in the core academic subject areas to be taught.
• Bachelor's degree and documented successful, relevant work experience in the content area to be taught, established by at least one year of employment in a specific field or occupation that required the educator to demonstrate knowledge or skill in the content area. This is to be supported by a professional letter of recommendation from the educator's employer or supervisor
