Position Details:
Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree, appropriate Indiana certification, Valid Teaching License required, PE & Health Endorsement

The primary function of the teacher is to plan, guide, and evaluate the learning process of the students for whom they are responsible.
Key qualifications include effective communication with students, staff, and administration; proficiency in reading and writing; strong human relations skills; organizational skills; and the ability to utilize 21st-century technology to enhance teaching and learning.
The role involves monitoring student outcomes, using data for differentiation, preparing aligned lesson plans, assessing progress, maintaining accurate records, and creating a positive classroom environment that fosters respect, collaboration, and high expectations.
Additional responsibilities include engaging in parent outreach, collaborating with peers, and continuously seeking professional growth opportunities. The teacher must demonstrate exemplary behavior and genuine care for students.
