We are seeking a Teacher of Biology to join our team in training AI models. Your responsibilities will include measuring the progress of AI chatbots, evaluating their logic, and solving problems to enhance each model's quality.

The ideal candidate will have an expert understanding of biology. A completed or in-progress Masters or PhD is preferred, but not required. Relevant fields include, but are not limited to: Microbiology, Cell Biology, Genetics, Physiology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, and Environmental Science.

Position Details

• This is a full-time or part-time REMOTE position.
• You can choose which projects to work on.
• You have flexibility to work on your own schedule.
• Projects are paid hourly starting at $40+ USD, with bonuses for high-quality and high-volume work.

Responsibilities

• Provide AI chatbots with diverse and complex biology problems and evaluate their outputs.
• Assess the quality of AI model outputs for correctness and performance.

Qualifications

• Masters and/or PhD is preferred but not mandatory.
• Fluency in English (native or bilingual level).
• Detail-oriented with proficiency in biology, reasoning, experimental design, data interpretation, and systems-level thinking.
