COMPENSATION
The starting salary for non-certified teachers at 0 years of experience is $56,500, with additional stipends available ranging from $500–$5,000 based on certifications, credentials, and campus leadership roles. Southwest Public Schools also participates in the Teacher Incentive Allotment (TIA) program, a state-funded initiative that rewards highly effective teachers with up to $29,000 in additional compensation — giving educators a clear and meaningful pathway to significantly grow their earning potential over time.
