Istituto Marangoni is looking for a dynamic educator who can empower students to express themselves effectively in academic, professional, and creative contexts, while also fostering critical thinking, presentation skills, and confidence in using English within international environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, student-centered lessons in English Language and Communication tailored to a creative higher education environment.

• Teach academic writing, presentation techniques, public speaking, and professional communication for the fashion and luxury industries.

• Develop students’ grammar, vocabulary, reading, and listening comprehension with an emphasis on applied usage in academic and industry-related contexts.

• Integrate storytelling, debate, and writing for digital platforms to encourage fluency and creativity in English expression.

• Support students in crafting written work such as essays, creative briefs, reports, artist statements, and visual project descriptions.

• Provide ongoing feedback on students’ progress, adapting instruction to meet diverse language needs.

Academic & Professional Requirements:

• Minimum two years of teaching experience in English as a Second Language (ESL), EFL, or English for Academic Purposes (EAP) at the tertiary level.

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Applied Linguistics, TESOL, Education, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

• TEFL/TESOL/CELTA or equivalent teaching certification is a plus.

• Experience teaching in creative or design-oriented institutions is a strong advantage.
