Learning Care Group in Pennsylvania is hiring a Teacher to care for children and support families. You will help with daily activities, safety, and development in a nurturing classroom.

You will follow licensing guidelines, observe and plan for children, and communicate with families about progress. We value energetic, dependable individuals and provide training, growth opportunities, and a positive, supportive workplace.

Qualifications

• Candidate must be at least 18 years old and able to meet state requirements.
• Experience in a licensed childcare center or related field is preferred.
• Must be able to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Follow licensing guidelines and center standards to care for every child in your classroom.
• Observe, assess, and plan for children and communicate effectively with families.
• Complete training on childcare, preschool, and development topics.
• Implement our proprietary curriculum and create engaging, interactive learning experiences.
