Job summary

LLE Education Group in Virginia is seeking enthusiastic teachers to support early childhood learners and help families through engaging activities and daily care. Full-Time and Part-Time positions are available, with a focus on building strong relationships with children and parents.

You will work closely with the Lead Teacher, help manage routines, keep the classroom organized, and contribute to a safe, inviting learning environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age (with HS diploma or equivalent preferred)
• Must have one (1) year experience in a licensed childcare facility
• Successful background check and VA licensing standards required

Responsibilities

• Support the Lead Teacher in the care and education of a group of children
• Assist in managing your students as they learn, play, eat and sleep
• Keep your classroom organized and clean
• Observe your children's interests; work with other team members to develop creative ideas for engaging activities
• Communicate with parents daily, sharing their children's latest adventures and achievements through a variety of avenues, including mobile apps and personal conversations

Compensation:

• The hourly rate for this position is between $15.00 - $18.00 per hour.
• The pay range listed here is what LLE Group in good faith anticipates offering for this job opening.
• Actual compensation offers within this range will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education and training, certifications, geography, and other relevant business or organizational factors.
