Job summary

KinderCare in South Bend, IN seeks an experienced early childhood educator to lead, coach and mentor staff while delivering high-quality care and education to children. You will implement the curriculum, partner with families, and contribute to creating a warm, engaging learning space.

Qualifications

• Need CDA credential or meet NAEYC candidacy requirements.
• Approved state trainer preferred.
• 2-3 years Early Childhood Education experience (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred).
• Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds, and work indoors or outdoors.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and their parents in English.

• 2-3 years Early Childhood Education Experience (preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred)
