As a Teacher, you will:

1. Lead, coach, and mentor less experienced teachers; model behaviors and provide feedback.
2. Implement KinderCare's curriculum tailored to each child's needs.
3. Create a safe, nurturing environment for play and learning.
4. Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for their children.
5. Support your center’s success by collaborating with staff and leadership on enrollment, accreditation, and engagement goals.
6. Build positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, community contacts, and partners.

Required Skills and Experience:

1. Outstanding customer service, strong organizational skills, and ability to multitask effectively.
2. Active Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or meeting NAEYC candidacy requirements.
3. Preferred: Approved state trainer.
4. 2-3 years of Early Childhood Education experience (preferred).
5. Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education.
6. Willingness to meet state-specific qualifications and obtain necessary certifications like CPR and First Aid.
7. Physical ability to lift at least 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
8. Ability to engage physically and visually with children, ensuring their safety.
9. Proficiency in English communication skills.

Compensation and Benefits:

Range of pay: $17.40 - $22.30 hourly.
