Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is hiring a Teacher to lead, coach, and mentor early childhood staff, delivering our curriculum with attention to each child’s unique needs. You will create a safe, nurturing classroom, and partner with families to support children’s learning.

You will collaborate with center leadership to drive enrollment, accreditation, and engagement, while building strong relationships with families, teachers, and community partners, in a supportive, inclusive setting.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and strong organizational skills.
• 2–3 years Early Childhood Education experience (preferred).
• Possess active CDA credential or meet NAEYC candidacy requirements.
• Approved state trainer (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred).
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.

• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that aligns with each child’s needs.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Outstanding customer service skills, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multi‑task and handle multiple situations effectively
• Possess active Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or meet NAEYC candidacy requirements
• Approved state trainer (preferred)
• 2‑3 years Early Childhood Education Experience (preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred)
• Meet state specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtainPhysically able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds, and work indoors or outdoors
• Able to assume postures in low levels to allow physical and visual contact with children, see and hear well enough to keep children safe, and engage in physical activity with children
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and their parents in English
