You will lead and mentor teachers, partner with parents, and collaborate with center staff to support enrollment, accreditation, and engagement, while ensuring state qualifications and safety standards are met.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills and strong organizational abilities
• Active CDA credential or pursuing NAEYC candidacy
• Approved state trainer preferred
• 2–3 years Early Childhood Education experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education preferred
• Meet state qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers; model behaviors and provide feedback
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum aligned with each child's needs
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn
• Partner with parents to ensure the best care and education for children
• Support center goals around enrollment, accreditation and engagement
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities and partners

Required Skills and Experience:

• Outstanding customer service skills, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multi‑task and handle multiple situations effectively
• Possess active Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or meet NAEYC candidacy requirements
• Approved state trainer (preferred)
• 2‑3 years Early Childhood Education Experience (preferred)
• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred)
• Meet state specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain
