Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Teacher to join our team and shape the learning journeys of children in our early education program. You will lead, coach and mentor teachers, implement the KinderCare curriculum, and create a safe, nurturing environment where kids can grow and explore.

You will partner with parents and center staff to drive enrollment, accreditation, and engagement while building strong relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and community

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and strong organizational skills.
• Active CDA Credential or NAECY candidacy.
• Approved state trainer (preferred).
• 2-3 years Early Childhood Education experience (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred).
• Meet state-specific qualifications or willingness to obtain.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds, and work indoors or outdoors.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Outstanding customer service skills, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task and handle multiple situations effectively
• Possess active Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or meet NAEYC candidacy requirements
• Approved state trainer (preferred)
• 2-3 years Early Childhood Education Experience (preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred)
