Job summary

KinderCare Education is seeking a Teacher to lead and mentor classroom staff, implement our curriculum, and create a safe, engaging environment for children. You will partner with families to ensure high-quality care and education across our centers.

This role emphasizes collaboration with center teams to meet enrollment and accreditation goals. Qualified candidates will have a CDA or state credentials, a degree in Early Childhood Education, and a commitment to child development.

• Support center success by partnering with staff and leadership to achieve enrollment, accreditation, and engagement goals.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, community contacts and corporate partners.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Outstanding customer service skills, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task and handle multiple situations effectively
• Possess active Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or meet NAEYC candidacy requirements
• Approved state trainer (preferred)
• 2-3 years Early Childhood Education Experience (preferred)
• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred)
• Meet state specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain
• Physically able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds, and work indoors or outdoors
• Able to assume postures in low levels to allow physical and visual contact with children, see and hear well enough to keep children safe, and engage in physical activity with children
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and their parents in English
