Job summary

KinderCare in Las Vegas is seeking a lead teacher to model best practices, implement our curriculum, and nurture every child. You will partner with families and collaborate with center staff to drive enrollment and engagement.

The role requires 2-3 years of Early Childhood Education experience and a preferred CDA credential or NAEYC candidacy. CPR/First Aid certification is preferred, with the ability to lift 40 pounds and work in varied indoor/outdoor settings.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years Early Childhood Education experience (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred).
• Meet state qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds, and work indoors or outdoors.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and their parents.

• Outstanding customer service skills, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task and handle multiple situations effectively.
• Approved state trainer (preferred).
