We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Teacher Assistants to join our team in Vancouver, WA.

Responsibilities :

• Assist classroom teachers with instructional activities and classroom management.
• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students who need additional help.
• Help prepare materials for lessons and maintain an organized classroom environment.
• Supervise students during lunch, recess, and other activities as needed.
• Support students with special needs, following individualized education plans (IEPs) where applicable.

Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent (required); Associate's degree or higher in education or related field (preferred).
• ParaPro Certification will be required upon acceptance.
• Prior experience working with children or in an educational setting is a plus.
