St. Paul Catholic School is seeking multiple Part-Time Teacher Assistants to serve students and teachers across multiple grade levels. As St. Paul Catholic School celebrates its 96th year, we do so with pride and thankfulness to the Franciscan Sisters of Allegany, New York, who, with their foresight, dedication, and hard work, have been the cornerstone of the school's history, and present-day mission and philosophy. Inspired by the Spirit, and mindful of the call to proclaim the Gospel message, as St. Francis of Assisi did, the sisters have committed themselves to justice, peace, and active love, in carrying out their mission, to be and to witness.

The Teacher Assistants will be expected to fulfill the following expectations and duties:

• Support the mission and vision of the school.
• Embodies a positive and faith-filled approach that aligns with the mission of Catholic education.
• Recognizes the significance of creating a supportive and inclusive classroom culture.
• Embraces a growth mindset and is always eager to learn and support others in their growth.
• Maintain a strong work ethic, work well with colleagues, and support all students and teachers.
• Accept and fulfills additional duties outside of classroom and small group instruction.
• Follow all diocesan policies and procedures.
• Follow the policies and procedures in the St. Paul Catholic School Employee Handbook and the Student and Family Handbook.
• Complete all diocesan mandated trainings.

Employment is contingent upon a Level II Background Screening, Safe Environment Training, and reference checks.
