Position: Teacher Assistant (Paraprofessional) /ISI Facilitator
Reports to: Assigned Teacher, Building Principal
Qualifications:
48 Hours College Credit OR Passing Score on Paraprofessional Test. High School Diploma or Equivalent. Completion of Paraprofessional Training as required by the OSDE. Ability to handle behavioral issues with 6th-8th-grade students.
Job Goal:
Provides adult support to small groups of students or one-on-one to assist with educational, academic, and behavioral goals.
Classification: Nonexempt
Evaluation: Annually by Supervising Teacher and Site Principal

Regular Requirements:

Hearing/Speaking Requirements: Adequate for communication.
