A Sense of Autism PLLC is seeking caring individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians in a clinic setting. No prior ABA experience is required; paid training and support are provided to help you learn skills for working with children with autism and developmental needs.

This role is ideal for teacher assistants, paraprofessionals, substitute teachers, childcare providers, psychology students, education majors, or anyone passionate about helping children learn and grow.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children in a structured therapy setting
• Help children develop communication, social, play, and daily living skills
• Support positive behaviors through guided activities and play
• Follow individualized learning plans created by clinical supervisors
• Collect simple session data (training provided)
• Collaborate with a supportive clinical team
