Actively participates in and contributes to continuous quality improvement.**Duties & Responsibilities*** Assists Lead Teachers in planning, implementing and documenting activities, preparing daily logs, incident reports and completing portfolios.* Assists teachers in setting up materials and equipment for daily activities. Ensure sanitation and daily cleaning of toys, classroom furniture, laundry, dishes and surfaces.* Ensures the safety, involvement, and creativity of each child. Works with individual children and small groups, supervising and assisting them in daily routines. Supervises children on the playground after preparing them for outdoor playtime.* Assists children with daily activities such as dressing, toileting, personal hygiene, diapering, eating, and applying sunscreen.* Fulfills the responsibilities and duties of Teachers in their absence.
