A progressive community organization in New Jersey seeks a Teacher's Assistant to support the Head Teacher in implementing a curriculum that fosters learning through exploration and discovery. Responsibilities include ensuring children's well-being, assisting in lesson creation, and maintaining documentation. Applicants should have a High School diploma and experience with young children. Formación

• Minimum of one year of experience working with young children in a group setting.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure the health, safety and well-being of children in the program.
• Assist Head Teacher in creating and leading developmentally appropriate lessons.
• Work as a supportive team member.
• Maintain a clean and safe classroom environment.
• Maintain accurate program documentation.
• Actively participate in all training sessions.
• Follow and maintain sanitary habits in accordance with CDC guidelines.

Conocimientos

Bilingual preferred

Knowledge of child development and developmentally appropriate practices
