Ozarks Area Community Action Corporation (OACAC) is hiring for an Infant/Toddler Teacher Assistant in the Early Head Start program at Douglas Early Head Start in Springfield, MO. The role supports two EHS classrooms, providing care and education to infants and toddlers under the supervision of the EHS Lead Teachers.
Hours are Monday through Friday, 12:30 pm to 5:30 pm, full-year, with a pay range of $16.57–$19.65 per hour.

OACAC Head Start is seeking motivated team members for the position of Early Head Start Infant/Toddler Teacher Assistant. This position supports three Early Head Start classrooms and works collaboratively with teaching staff to provide high-quality care and education to infants and toddlers. Teachers work as part of a relationship-based team and provide responsive caregiving that promotes healthy development and school readiness.
