Job summary

Ready Roos Early Learning Academy in Cranberry Township, PA is seeking a warm, dependable Assistant Teacher to join our small, relationship-based center.

You will support children in routines and learning, assist lead teachers, maintain a safe, welcoming classroom, and build positive relationships with children, families, and staff. Qualifications include high school diploma, PA assistant supervisor qualifications, and 2 years of experience.

Ready Roos Early Learning Academy is seeking a warm, dependable, and professional Assistant Teacher to join our team in Cranberry Township.

As a privately owned, non-franchise early learning center licensed for 29 children from infants through preschool, Ready Roos offers something increasingly rare: a small, relationship-based environment where children are truly known, families are valued, and staff are supported in doing thoughtful, meaningful work. What you will do
