Universal Health Services (Hermitage Hall, a UHS company) is seeking a Teacher Assistant to support teachers in supervising and instructing students in a psychiatric residential treatment setting for children and youth in Hermitage Hall, near Nashville. The role involves clerical tasks, meeting special health care needs, and developing daily living and behavioral skills.

Strong candidates will have an associate degree (bachelor's preferred), be at least 21, and hold a valid driver's license.

The Teacher Assistant will assist assigned teachers in the supervision and instruction of students, performing classroom clerical tasks, and assisting students by meeting special health care needs and developing students’ daily living and behavioral skills.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

• Under the supervision of the teacher, assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans
