We are hiring Assistant Teachers for our new Guidepost Montessori school opening in the Greenwood Village, CO area! Apply today to join our founding team and work in a meaningful position empowering children to gain independence, self-confidence, and a love of learning.

Your Role

We're seeking enthusiastic, adaptable Assistant Guides (Teachers) to support a mixed-age class of Infants, Toddlers, and preschool children (ages 3-6) in a Montessori environment.

In a Montessori setting, guides (teachers) carefully prepare an environment that fosters independence and captures a child's interest. Guides provide personalized support, including individual and small-group lessons, demonstrating how to use materials and perform activities, and offering precise language to help children understand their experiences.

Children in a Montessori class have the freedom to explore and work on materials of their choice, supported by the environment and individualized support, helping them develop skills, confidence, and a belief in their capabilities.

We seek an Assistant Guide committed to supporting each child's highest potential through:

1. Observing children to understand and meet their needs
2. Preparing an orderly environment that promotes independence and focus
3. Providing individual and small-group lessons for development
4. Building personal connections and fostering a community of collaboration and respect
