Job summary

Beatrice Community Preschool in Beatrice, NE is seeking a dedicated Preschool Teacher Assistant to support the lead teacher in delivering developmentally appropriate, play-based learning. Beatrice Community Preschool is seeking a Preschool Teacher Assistant who is passionate about early childhood education and helping young children learn through play. • Support the lead teacher in implementing developmentally appropriate, play-based learning activities

• Assist with child assessments and documentation

• Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive classroom environment

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Must possess or be willing to obtain a Child Development Associate (CDA) or other qualifying early childhood credential as required by BVCA Children Services conditions of employment

Schedule

• Full-Time – 36 hours per week
• Monday–Friday
• Off during the summer (approximately mid-May through mid-August)
