Prior experience with developmentally disabled children in an educational or recreational setting is preferred by not required. This position is directly responsible to the classroom teacher or teacher assistant in the absence of the teacher.Teacher aide provides services that directly impact students learning environment by providing non-instructional services that support both the efforts of the teacher and teaching assistant.
