Qualifications

• Monitor individual progress through assessments and documentation to tailor instruction and support ongoing learning goals
• Collaborate with parents, colleagues, and specialists to ensure comprehensive child welfare and educational success

Experience

• Prior classroom experience working with children in preschool or daycare settings is preferred
• Demonstrated knowledge of early childhood education principles, including toddler care, childhood development stages, and classroom management techniques

• Familiarity with working with students with diverse needs, including special education or early intervention programs
• Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and team members
• Proven ability to plan lessons for various age groups while maintaining a safe and supportive environment
• Previous experience in private schools or daycare centers is advantageous
