New Horizon Academy in Mankato, MN is seeking a Childcare Teacher to join our Toddlers or Float classrooms. This full-time role offers a $2,000 hiring bonus and a wage range of $18.00 to $22.75 per hour.

Eligible for benefits and growth opportunities, you’ll contribute to a nurturing learning environment. Applicants should have at least 16 qualifying semester credits to meet MN Rule 3 qualifications, be reliable, and passionate about early childhood education.

We are seeking a CHILDCARE TEACHER to join our team at New Horizon Academy Mankato in the following classroom:

• Toddlers
• Float

Wage Range: $18.00/Hour - $22.75/Hour

All applicants MUST:

• Be reliable and have positive work ethic.
• Have a minimum of 16 qualifying semester credits to qualify as a Teacher under MN Rule 3.
• Be able to work full-time (about 40 hours/week).
• Have a passion for working with children!
• *Previous childcare experience is preferred but not required.
