New Horizon Academy in Rosemount, MN is seeking a dedicated Childcare Aide to join our team. The role offers a $1,000 hiring bonus eligible and a wage range of $15.75 to $16.80 per hour, with a full-time Monday–Friday schedule.

You will contribute to a nurturing classroom environment and support the growth of young learners. The ideal candidate demonstrates a passion for working with children, a positive work ethic, and the ability to collaborate with a caring staff.
