Job summary

NextPartners in Los Angeles is seeking a full-time ESL teacher to work with international students and help them improve English through speaking, listening, reading, and writing activities.

You will create engaging lesson plans, conduct classroom instruction, and assess student progress while organizing cultural activities to immerse learners in language and culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education or related field.
• Experience teaching English to non-native speakers.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual needs of students.
• Excellent communication skills and passion for working with international students.
• Patient, creative, and able to create engaging learning environments.
• TESOL/TEFL certification preferred but not required.

Full‑time position with a salary of $1700 per month.
