Job summary

KinderCare is seeking an Early Childhood Education leader to coach and mentor teachers, implement tailored curricula, and create a safe, nurturing environment for children. You will partner with parents and center staff to reach enrollment and accreditation goals, while maintaining strong community relationships.

The role requires CDA or NAEYC candidacy, a BA in ECE, and 2–3 years of ECE experience, with CPR/First Aid certification. This is a full-time on-site position.

Qualifications

  • Must hold CDA or be candidate for NAEYC candidacy
  • Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education preferred
  • 2–3 years of Early Childhood Education experience preferred
  • CPR and First Aid Certification
  • Approved state trainer preferred
  • Meet state-specific qualifications for the role
  • Physically able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds
  • English language proficiency to communicate with children and parents

Requirements
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask and handle multiple situations effectively
  • Active Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or meeting NAEYC candidacy requirements
  • Approved state trainer preferred
  • 2–3 years of Early Childhood Education experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education preferred
  • Meet state-specific qualifications for the role
  • CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain
  • Physically able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors
  • Able to assume low-level postures for physical and visual contact with children
  • Able to see and hear well enough to keep children safe and engage in physical activity with children
  • Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and parents in English
