One Hope United is hiring a Teacher for our Joliet Early Learning Center to provide a nurturing setting for two-year-olds and their families. You will design engaging learning centers, partner with co-teachers, and foster a welcoming environment that supports exploration and growth.

Qualifications

• CDA or an Associate's degree in early childhood education required or six credits in ECE with related degree.
• One year of professional experience working with children in a classroom preferred.
• Strong ability to create a warm, inclusive classroom and engage with families.

The ELCD program at OHU is known for its closely-knit teams who often work together for years at a time! What we will expect of you:

Education

• One of the followingrequired:
  • CDA
  • Associate's degree in early childhood education
  • Associate's degree in related field with six (6) credits in ECE

Experience

• Oneyear of professional experience working with children in a classroom settingpreferred
