Job summary

Montessori Association Internationale, located in Christiansted, U.S. Virgin Islands, is looking for a full-time AMI-trained Primary Montessori Guide for children ages 3 to 6. St. Croix Montessori & World School (STXM) is seeking a full-time AMI-trained Primary Montessori Guide (children ages 3 - 6 years old) to join our expanding school community. Our school serves children ages 18 months to 8th grade through an authentic Montessori and International Baccalaureate (IB) continuum.

The ideal candidate is a reflective, collaborative educator who values independence, order, and curiosity in the prepared environment. Responsibilities include preparing and maintaining a calm, joyful classroom; presenting Montessori lessons with precision and care; observing and documenting student progress; guiding an assistant; and fostering strong, respectful relationships with families.
