Job summary

Starbucks is hiring a Tea Partner for the 2nd shift (2:00 PM–10:30 PM) at our Alabama tea production facility. You will support packaging operations, QA checks, and safety procedures while maintaining product quality and documentation.

Qualifications

• 1 year of production, operations or distribution experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• US military service or equivalent acceptable.
• Basic math skills including unit conversions (metric to English).
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety guidelines and prevent incidents.
• Support food safety, legality and quality programs.
• Maintain product quality and record measures.
• Perform packaging equipment changeovers and troubleshooting.
• Record quality deviations in the Production Deviation Report (PDR).
• Operate packaging and material handling equipment.
• Record material usage and create labels and lot numbers.
