Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company is seeking a Tea Partner for first shift (M-F, 6am-2:30pm) in Kent, WA. The role involves following safety guidelines, supporting food safety and quality programs, and maintaining product quality through GMPs and QA procedures.

You will operate packaging equipment, assist with changeovers, perform quality checks, and document results in the Production Module. Requires ability to lift 50 pounds and convert metric units to English.

Qualifications

• Authorised to work in the oil room (flammable hazards).
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds multiple times per shift.
• Ability to convert units from metric to English standard.

Responsibilities

• Understand and follow safety guidelines and procedures; help prevent incidents.
• Support food safety, legality and quality programs.
• Maintain product quality per GMPs and quality procedures.
• Perform quality checks and document results.
• Operate packaging equipment and assist with changeovers.
