Job summary

CHAGEE USA is seeking a Part-time Tea Barista (Charista) at Westfield Century City Mall. You will prepare high-quality tea beverages, follow SOPs, and engage customers with product knowledge in a fast-paced setting.

The ideal candidate loves tea, communicates well, and can upsell while maintaining a clean, safe work area. Flexible scheduling includes day/evening/weekends. Training and benefits are provided where applicable.

Qualifications

• Be a passionate tea lover and provide excellent customer service.
• Strong communication skills and ability to upsell products.
• Fast learner who can adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Barista experience is preferred (1 year).
• Food Handler's Permit is required or company can assist.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all drink orders to CHAGEE standards.
• Follow SOPs and preparation manuals closely.
• Learn menu to introduce products and share tea insights.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Comply with health and safety regulations.
• Efficiently operate POS and handle payments.
